Account Manager Job Description
National Enrollment Services (NES) is growing. That’s why we’re looking for a new Account Manager to help us grow our enrollment services across the country.
About the Account Manager Position
You’ll work with HR professionals across the country to help manage the enrollment process for their employees. You’ll manage our internal enrollment specialists, ensuring that our team is ready to welcome and inform employees about the benefits available to them. You’ll help to train our team on ben-admin platforms that help our team enroll employees. You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations to manage new and existing NES accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Customer HR relations
- Manage a team of enrollers, ensuring availability, confirming payment details, and training the enrollment team
- Service employer customers through ongoing consultation on topics regarding new benefits options, the latest benefits trends, etc.
Qualifications and Core Competencies
- Experience and success in management.
- Strong working knowledge of voluntary benefits (i.e. Life, disability, accident, critical illness;) billing remittance schedules and structure.
- Strong working knowledge of ACT and ben-admin platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of and working proficiency in Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at working with many moving parts and logistics
